If you experiment with those too much you might get a headache because of the strain in your eyes. In my area each cinema has its own type of glasses and even when you try to interchange them it still comes out crappy. Just... try to watch regular movies,...

NVIDIA USB 3D Glasses Likely to Receive Warm Reception Among Mouse Potatoes
In a perfect world, 3G gaming would be the de-facto standard by now, but the reality is the cost of getting a 3D setup can be daunting. This is compounded by the fact that not everyone is sold on the long term viability of this round of 3D (and the headaches the glass free iteration can bring to many people). People have long memories and we all remember the failure which was the last "3D" fad and the headaches associated with them. With that being said, many people would be more willing to risk it, if the investment was not too steep. This is why everyone applauds when NVIDIA will be releasing a $99 USB wired 3D Vision glasses .
Yes, wired certainly is not as nice as wireless, but with the Wired 3D Vision glasses' 10-foot USB 2.0 cable, this should be enough for most PC 3D gaming needs. It still is too short for 3D movies in your living room, but seriously how many 3D movies are out there that are worth that kind of investment. Compare and contrast that with the plethora of games this pair of sub-$100 geeky glasses will support and you can see that this is may help entice people to give it a try. And by making it wired, it should weigh less than most wireless active 3D glass as there are no batteries to weigh it down (and no worries about them going dead in the middle of a gaming marathon). Maybe, just maybe by going back to their wired roots, NVIDIA will help speed up the adoption of 3D on PC gaming. Expect the wired version of the 3D Vision glasses to land sometime in. Now if they can only make a 3D gaming monitor which was just as cheap as a "non 3D capable" monitor and we would be set.Sprint HTC EVO 3D Glass-free 3D Viewing | SolSie.com

Samsung PN59D550 59-Inch 1080p 600Hz 3D Plasma HDTV (Black ...
For now, the vast majority of 3D HDTVs require glasses for 3D viewing. Many use powered “active shutter” glasses, others polarized “passive” glasses. You’ll need one pair per viewer, and they’ll have to be compatible with your display, whether they’re the same brand, or a pair of “universal” glasses designed to work across brands. Samsung’s D550 series makes a great entry-point for 3D Plasma HDTVs. WIth a 1080p resolution, an ultra fast response time, and 600Hz subfield motion technology, you get a crystal-clear image. Connect a USB flash drive to enjoy some video, music, or pictures. Better yet, add a Blu-ray 3D player and some Samsung 3D glasses, and you’ll have access to ultra-immersive...
