a family of three: DuraClear Glasses
I just bought some new "plastic" glasses for my kitchen that I am so excited about. When Lance and I got married we registered for some clear acrylic glasses for casual use that we did use very often, much more than our glasses that were made of actual glass. Unfortunately they did not last very long. After repeated use and dishwashing the acrylic glasses got a lot of cracks in them and started looking cloudy. When I came across the DuraClear glasses at William Sonoma I just knew I had to get some. They look like glass, but are actually made out of polycarbonate, which is the same material made to use bullet-proof glass. They are guaranteed not to crack or cloud. So I bought a set and I love them! They are chic looking for "plastic" glasses and are comfortable to hold. I bought the ice tea glasses (shown here), but they also have martini glasses, margarita glasses, and wine glasses; they're also available in fun colors too, but I think clear is classic. These are a must have!
