I have recovered some mobile pictures, i can see the file size but they can't open. can i repair the files with any software,i have already tried with too much applications for this. any professional software?

Try using Irfanview and install all the plugins. (I think you'll need to do this on a computer - don't know what you have the pictures on now so I'm not sure if you'll be able to use Irfanview on it.)

History books are filled with characters who continue to push forward despite tremendous obstacles. Although it is too early to say whether Chatsworth resident Anna Rahm has a chapter devoted to her, 19 years trying to protect young children in this community and across the nation.
Anna and her mother, Lynnette Rahm, want to teach young children and teenagers safe practices online.
"We want to empower children to safely and responsibly use the Internet," said Lynette.
Anna was the victim of a violation of privacy online, Lynnette said, and if she declined to elaborate, she said that the ubiquity of online social media makes safety a priority.
They intend to do so by producing educational materials through Keepin 'It private, a nonprofit organization.
Anna and Lynnette launched Keepin 'It private with a presentation Friday at City Hall, where Councilman Dennis P. Zine introduced the team of the council and presented a certificate of new business.
