The bill came to $144. Kathy says she later filled out a claim form with their insurance company. It was accepted and a check was sent to the eye glass store. "I called the store and asked them, and they admitted yes they did have the money and that they would eventually reimburse us," says Kathy. Joe and Kathy were set to get back $80. But Kathy says getting that reimbursement was near impossible. "It was 7 months," says Kathy.
