No. Just get a grounding wrist strap. They're dirt cheap at almost any computer shop.

The American Red Cross of Montana continues to provide shelter for flood victims at the Multipurpose Center in Crow Agency.
Thirty displaced residents of the Crow Reservation were at the shelter on Saturday, the Red Cross said in a news release. The reservation was hit by major flooding when the Little Bighorn River overflowed its banks three weeks ago.
Other Red Cross shelters in Helena, Wolf Point, Great Falls, Missoula and Box Elder have been put on standby. The agency has supplied communities around the state with cots and blankets to help them open a shelter quickly.
A kitchen at the Emmanuel Baptist Church at 328 S. Shiloh Road in Billings is preparing food for the Crow Agency shelter. Feeding support is also occurring at the Fort Belknap Reservation.
Volunteers began distributing cleanup kits and family recovery kits in Rocky Boy and on the Crow Reservation on Saturday. Family kits contain two tarps, a roll of paper towels, flashlight, hand sanitizer, duct tape, face mask, two pair of work gloves, trash bags, bug spray and two gallons of bleach, packed inside a 48 quart cooler. Cleanup kits contain rake, shovel, and broom, along with scrub brush, rubber gloves, and cleaning supplies.
